Whether you are needing to take care of yourself, heal, and rebalance your nervous system, find more effective ways to communicate and connect across difference, sift through all of the information coming out, or find opportunities to join in with others to take action to create a world that works for everyone, the 12 week CoJourn Post-Election Support Cohort is here for you.

This program will combine elements of our CoJourn for Wellbeing, CoJourn for Climate Action, and CoJourn for Racial Justice programs to meet the moment and serve different needs and priorities.

"During the height of the pandemic, I developed intense insomnia and started drinking more. The death of my dad, a child struggling with remote school, and a daily avalanche of heartbreaking news made me wonder whether there would ever be light at the end of the tunnel. I decided to join the CoJourn program, a research-backed framework designed to harness the power of connection to help people make the most of their lives. During the three months, participants set goals for themselves and are matched with an accountability partner for weekly check-ins. I had the goals of reducing my alcohol intake to one or two drinks a week and meditating at least once a day. I hit the jackpot with my assigned accountability partner, and six months later, I'm still meditating and sticking with one or two drinks a week. It's possible to create new habits in just 12 weeks. In terms of cost, CoJourn is ridiculously inexpensive."
