CoJourn for Well-Being 2026

Join our 12-week CoJourn for Well-Being program on January 22 and give yourself the gift of connection and accountability, CoJourn’s signature formula for following through on the personal and professional goals that matter most to you.

Is 2025 going out with more of a “blah” than a bang?

Are you dreading the darker, colder months?

Or looking for inspiration & support for new endeavors or challenges?

This is a time when we naturally tend to reflect on where we’ve been and set goals for the year ahead. But as you know, most people don’t get far on their own -- 80% have abandoned their New Year’s resolutions by mid-February!

We started CoJourn together 12 years ago because we’d read every self-help book out there, but never seemed to achieve the results we were after – until we partnered up. If our experience resonates with you, if you’re looking for more momentum, motivation, or meaning, sign up now for our flagship program. It’s provided people from 43 countries around the world with:

  • Compassionate, non-judgmental accountability from a partner

  • Structured support and research-backed techniques that really work

  • Weekly, protected time to slow down and reflect on what’s important

  • A closer connection with someone who will be there through struggles and successes

  • Meaningful progress on something they want in their life

You can bring your own partner, or get matched with someone new.

Register before January 1 and get a free, signed copy of the brand new, updated and expanded edition of the CoJourn book!

"I’ve used this process [CoJourn] several times over the last 6 years. This process helped me to  relocate/change jobs, finish writing projects, focus on my mental/physical health, find more joy, etc. I’m starting up again next week to help me focus on stress management to avoid burnout. I also love that it connected me to people— strength existing friendships and created new ones.
It’s super accessible and affordable."

"During the height of the pandemic, I developed intense insomnia and started drinking more. The death of my dad, a child struggling with remote school, and a daily avalanche of heartbreaking news made me wonder whether there would ever be light at the end of the tunnel. I decided to join my neighbor Molly Keehn's CoJourn program, a research-backed framework designed to harness the power of connection to help people make the most of their lives. During the three months, participants set goals for themselves and are matched with an accountability partner for weekly check-ins. I had the goals of reducing my alcohol intake to one or two drinks a week and meditating at least once a day. I hit the jackpot with my assigned accountability partner, and six months later, I'm still meditating and sticking with one or two drinks a week. It's possible to create new habits in just 12 weeks. In terms of cost, CoJourn is ridiculously inexpensive."
