Connection + Follow-Through

= EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

7x more likely to be engaged

More innovative, collaborative, and resilient

More likely to stay

And yet:

Only 30% of employees have a close friend at work

A DIFFERENT APPROACH

Most traditional employee engagement programs are top-down initiatives that people don’t know about, don’t use, or may even resent.

With CoJourn, employees choose goals that matter to them and they’re energized by strengthening their connection with a coworker and making consistent progress toward change.

Most importantly, participants love the program, with 90% planning to continue meeting with their partner after it ends.

Why CoJourn Works:

Human

Connection

Stronger

Engagement

Human problems require human solutions. There's no AI involved, no new app or platform to learn, just people connecting with people.

Peer

Accountability

Consistent

Follow-through

Employees build collaborative skills and positive, productive relationships with their colleagues and follow through on their individual goals and commitments.

Self-directed

Goals

Real

Ownership

Choice and agency generate ownership and empowerment, while consistent progress produces motivation.

Research-backed

What Participants Are Saying

Being a remote worker who's split across projects and teams can be very isolating. CoJourn helped me feel less isolated and more connected. This program provided a nice structure for mutual accountability that felt supportive rather than punitive. It also helped me develop more compassion for myself with regard to goal-setting and task completion.
