Employees are trained in the 8 Core Components, and the structure of CoJourn.

Participants are paired up and guided through how to select an overall theme for the program.


Partners meet for 30 minutes once a week, using the CoJourn 'check-in structure.'

Weekly emails support the process with timely tips, videos, reminders, and encouragement.


Facilitated mid-point check-ins and closing session build more community within the group, share successes, reflect and ask questions from the CoJourn team.
