12-Week Cohort Programs*(Core Program)
The optimal timeframe to build relationships and meaningful progress
Week 0: employees are trained in the 8 Core Components, and the structure of CoJourn. Participants are paired up and guided through how to select an overall theme for the program.
Week 1-12: partners meet for 30 minutes once a week, using the CoJourn 'check-in structure.' Weekly emails support the process with timely tips, reminders, and encouragement.
Week 6: facilitated mid-point check-ins to build more community within the group, share successes, reflect and ask questions from the CoJourn team.
Weeks 12: facilitated closing celebration to reflect on the full program and celebrate successes.

What Participants Are Saying
Being a remote worker who's split across projects and teams can be very isolating. CoJourn helped me feel less isolated and more connected. This program provided a nice structure for mutual accountability that felt supportive rather than punitive. It also helped me develop more compassion for myself with regard to goal-setting and task completion.
